Staying Fit: Not hard, Not Easy. All in the “fit” mindset.

Posted on Leave a comment

Being fit means being healthy and that is not hard to do. What may be hard is staying in the fit mindset.

It’s not fat shaming as many of you know my husband was approaching 400lbs. He was out of his “fit” mind set. Most of his obstacles came from a lack of knowledge.

Being fit takes a lot of knowledge and that’s what we are trying to help all of you with. He has made amazing progress in his journey. The permanent disabilities he is working hard to overcome. He needs encouragement, he needs love.

We are blessed by God that he is still here with us.

What life regrets would you ask from a dying man, what questions would you ask? I usually didn’t ask anything before I died. What? You’ve never heard the dead speak before? Well, believe me I’m starting to learn how. Its not easy as you expect it might be to bring the voice of a deadman to radio.

What questions would you want answered? What happens if your start getting answers to those questions? AND what if those answers start to make sense? What then? What if everything you heard was so truthful that it seemed like it could not be. Maybe you’ve just been aching for the truth all this long. Can truth come from a dead man? Find out in this video.

What you shouldn’t do in life, real advice from a dead man, you should never NOT ask questions from anyone and everyone – no matter the answer, check the answer via reading books not the internet!

Warning! Truth may hurt your ears but your brain will appreciate it.

#0000 Homeless in Carpool Parking Lot’S

This would be patient zero – the inaugural sail alone. I was lost in my disabilities (Dissociative Identity Disorder, PTSD, Cardiac-Death, Peripheral Neuropathy, and Bipolar Depression). and chronic pain. I left home for the final time thinking I could never be employable. I moved from carpool-to-carpool staying only a couple of nights in my tent (one-person tents are fine, three-person tents are mobile storage units). I prefer the easy-goes it tent for homelessness on a budget.

I thought, I would find myself being alone. Trying to navigate the new map of life I’d been given. My gut said, “I would find purpose” – instead, I found Crazy Carl.
